【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththecontrolsandcontrolsystemsforautomatedfunctionsofindustrialtruckswithanoperator(hereinafterreferredtoas"trucks").1.2Thecontrolsystemisgenerallypartofthetruckbutcanincludecomponentsexternaltothetruck,egfortheguidancemeansforautomatedsteering.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethespecifichazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofautomatedfunctionsoftruckswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Inaddition,trucksshouldcomplyasappropriatewithEN292forhazardsnotcoveredbythisstandardortheapplicablecompanionstandards.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosafetyequipment(e.g.devicesforheightlimitation,speedlimitation)usedtooverridedrivercontrol.1.5ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsrelatedtothecontrolsandcontrolsystemsforthefollowingautomatedfunctions:--Steering(directmechanicalguidanceisexcluded);--Travel;--Liftingandloweringoperations;--Loadmanipulations,e.g.rotation,reach,slewing,tilting,clamping;--Combinationand/orsequenceoftheabovemovements.ThisstandardmustbeusedinconjunctionwithoneormoreoftheapplicablecompanionstandardslistedintheForeword.1.6ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:a)Operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplications,strongmagneticfields);b)Operationinenvironmentssubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);c)Electromagneticcompatibility;d)Transportationofpassengers;e)Handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetals,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials).Limitationsinthescopesoftheapplicablecompanionstandardsalsoapplytothisstandard.
