【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesgeneralprinciplesforthecareandmaintenance,andinspectionanddiscardofsteelwireropesusedoncranesandhoists.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothoseropesusedonthefollowingtypesofcranes,themajorityofwhicharedefinedinISO4306-1:a)cableandportalcablecranes;b)cantilevercranes(pillarjib,wallorwalking);c)deckcranes;d)derrickandguyderrickcranes;e)derrickcraneswithrigidbracing;f)floatingcranes;g)mobilecranes;h)overheadtravellingcranes;i)portalorsemi-portalbridgecranes;j)portalorsemi-portalcranes;k)railwaycranes;l)towercranes;m)offshorecranes,i.e.cranesmountedonafixedstructuresupportedbytheseabedoronafloatingunitsupportedbybuoyancyforces.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoropeoncranesusedforhook,grabbing,magnet,ladle,excavatororstackingduties,whetheroperatedmanually,electricallyorhydraulically.ThisInternationalStandardalsoappliestoropeusedonhoistsandhoistblocks.Inviewofthefactthattheexclusiveuseofsyntheticsheavesormetalsheavesincorporatingsyntheticliningsisnotrecommendedwhensingle-layerspoolingatthedrum,duetotheinevitabilityofwirebreaksoccurringinternallyinlargenumbersbeforethereisanyvisibleevidenceofanywirebreaksorsignsofsubstantialwearontheperipheryoftherope,nodiscardcriteriaaregivenforthiscombination.
