【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportcoverstheidentification,specification,developmentandreuseofenumerated,boundeddatavaluedomainsfordataelements.Adatavaluedomaininthiscontextreferstothepossiblevalidvaluesofadataelementconceptanditsassociateddataelements.Anenumerateddomainisoneforwhichallvaluescanbeexplicitlyexpressedinastructuredorunstructuredset.Aboundeddomainimpliesknowledgeoftheupperandlowerlimitsofthevalueset.Majorissuesaddressedinclude:Specifyingattributesofdatavaluedomainsand,whereapplicable,eachvaluewithinthedomain;includingassigningauniqueidentifiertoeachvalueinthevaluedomain.Describingattributesfor"conceptualvalues"ofadataelementconceptdomainand"representedvalues"foradataelementderivedfromit.Definingreuseofvaluedomainswhichcanbedefinedandspecifiedinastandardizedwayandcanbeappliedascomponentsofmanydataelements.ThisTechnicalReportcomplementsandextendstheattributesofdataelementsspecifiedinISO/EC11179,Informationtechnology-Specificationandstandardizationofdataelements,especiallyPart3:Basicattributesofdataelements.ThisTechnicalReportismeanttoassistusersofISO/IEC11179.Thisseriesofstandardsiscurrentlyundergoingsignificantrevision.Whenthisrevisionworkiscompleted,thecontentsofthisTechnicalReportwillbeeitheramendedorintegratedintothe11179seriesofstandards.
