【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61131specifiesrequirementsandrelatedtestsforprogrammablecontrollers(PLCs)andtheirassociatedperipherals(forexample,programminganddebuggingtools(PADTs),human-machineinterfaces(HMIs),etc.)whichhaveastheirintendedusethecontrolandcommandofmachinesandindustrialprocesses.PLCsandtheirassociatedperipheralsareintendedtobeusedinanindustrialenvironmentandmaybeprovidedasopenorenclosedequipment.IfaPLCoritsassociatedperipheralsareintendedforuseinotherenvironments(lightindustrial,commercial,residential),thenthespecificrequirements,standardsandinstallationpracticesforthoseotherenvironmentsshouldbeadditionallyappliedtothePLCanditsassociatedperipherals.ThisstandardalsoappliestoanyproductsperformingthefunctionofPLCsand/ortheirassociatedperipherals.EquipmentcoveredinthisstandardisintendedforuseinovervoltagecategoryII(IEC60664-1)inlow-voltageinstallations,wheretheratedequipmentsupplyvoltagedoesnotexceeda.c.1000Vr.m.s.(50/60Hz),ord.c.1500V.(IfPLCsortheirassociatedperipheralsareappliedinovervoltagecategoryIIIinstallations,thenadditionalanalysiswillberequiredtodeterminethesuitabilityoftheequipmentforthoseapplications.)Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththefunctionalsafetyorotheraspectsoftheoverallautomatedsystem.PLCs,theirapplicationprogrammeandtheirassociatedperipheralsareconsideredascomponentsofacontrolsystem.SincePLCsarecomponentdevices,safetyconsiderationsfortheoverallautomatedsystemincludinginstallationandapplicationarebeyondthescopeofthisstandard.RefertoIEC60364-1orapplicablenational/localregulationsforelectricalinstallationandguidelines.However,PLCsafetyasrelatedtoelectricshockandfirehazards,electricalinterferenceimmunityanderrordetectingofthePLC-systemoperation(suchastheuseofparitychecking,self-testingdiagnostics,etc.),areaddressed.Thisstandardalsospecifiesa)service,storageandtransportationrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause4);b)functionalrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause5);c)EMCrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause8);
